READ EXODUS 31:1–11
The Ark Encounter is a 510-by-85-foot replica of Noah’s ark located in Kentucky. The mega-attraction was designed according to the Bible’s specifications and is currently the largest timber-frame structure in the world. More than 625 miles’ worth of lumber and half a million decking screws were used to replicate the ship.
No doubt, God gave Noah the supernatural instructions to build this life-saving ship.
Likewise, God’s involvement in building physical structures is not new. God equipped and empowered builders during Moses’ time to construct the tabernacle. Bezalel was specially equipped by the Holy Spirit to be a craftsman in the finishing touches of the worship facility.
“I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge and with all kinds of skills” (Exodus 31:3).
God still spiritually equips and empowers His people for great works of service. God can provide the skills and talents necessary to accomplish any task He desires. Are you willing to be used and open to His supernatural empowerment?
